Method

Warm coconut oil, honey, almond butter, vanilla, and salt into a syrup; stir through the oats, seeds, and cranberries.

Press HARD into a lined 20 cm tin — a flat-bottomed glass, real force; loose bars crumble.

Compression is the binding agent as much as the syrup. Press like you mean it.

Bake at 160°C until golden-edged, 22–25 minutes; cool COMPLETELY before cutting (warm = crumbs, cool = bars).
